NGC 4113 = NGC 4122 is a spiral-shaped and interacting radio galaxy of the Hubble type SBab in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 356 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 55,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies IC 2993 , IC 3001 , IC 3002 , IC 3003 .
The object was discovered by John Herschel on April 3, 1831 .
