NGC 4128 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble-type S0 in the constellation Dragon in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 109 million light years from the Milky Way . She is the brightest member of the NGC 4128 group ( LGG 272 ).
The object was discovered on April 6, 1793 by the British astronomer Wilhelm Herschel .
