NGC 4119 = NGC 4124 = IC 3011 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0-a in the constellation Virgo. It is an estimated 71 million light years from the Milky Way .

The object was discovered by Wilhelm Herschel on January 18, 1784 .
