NGC 5366 is a 13.8 mag bright lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type "S0-a" in the constellation Virgo north of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 377 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered on June 8, 1855 by George Phillips Bond .
