National Highway 3 ( NH 3 ) is a main highway in the west of the state of India with a length of 1,161 kilometers. It runs through the states of Uttar Pradesh , Rajasthan , Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra and connects the Indian city of Agra with the south-western financial metropolis of Mumbai .
