The Republic of the Congo took part in the 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the eleventh participation in the Summer Olympics. The Comité National Olympique et Sportif Congolais nominated seven athletes in three sports.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Lorène Bazolo .
