Cuba took part in the 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the 19th participation in the Olympic Summer Games. The Comité Olímpico Cubano nominated 110 athletes in 13 sports.

Flag bearer

The wrestler Mijaín López wore the flag of Cuba both during the opening ceremony and at the closing ceremony in the Olympic Stadium .

Medals

With five won gold, three silver and seven bronze medals the Cuban team finished 16th in the medals table .

Note: On May 1, 2013, it became known that Russia's discus thrower Darya Pishchalnikova was suspended for ten years and the silver medal was revoked. The medals were given to China and Cuba.
