The US Virgin Islands participated in the 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the eleventh participation in the Summer Olympics. The Virgin Islands Olympic Committee nominated seven athletes in three sports.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete Tabarie Henry .
