Mauritius took part inthe 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the eighth total participation in the Summer Olympics. The Mauritius Olympic Committee nominated eleven athletes in seven sports.
The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the beach volleyball player Natacha Rigobert .
