The US Virgin Islands participated in the 2008 Summer Olympics with seven athletes, one woman and six men.

It was the tenth time a team from the US Virgin Islands had participated in the Summer Olympics since 1968 .

Flag bearer

Swimmer Josh Laban carried the US Virgin Islands flag during the opening ceremony at the National Stadium .
