Passavant-sur-Layon is located about 55 kilometers south-southeast of Angers on the Layon . Passavant-sur-Layon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lys-Haut-Layon in the north and east, Val en Vignes in the south and south-east and Cléré-sur-Layon in the west and south-west.
