Val de Vignes is a French commune in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Bressuire and the canton of Le Val de Thouet . The inhabitants are called Valenvignois .
Val en Vignes was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2017 from the merger of the previous municipalities of Cersay , Bouillé-Saint-Paul and Massais . The seat of the municipal administration is Cersay.
