Luché-Thouarsais is a French municipality with 509 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Bressuire and the canton Le Val de Thouet (until 2015: canton Saint-Varent ). The inhabitants are called Luchéens .

Luché-Thouarsais is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Coulonges-Thouarsais in the north and west, Rigné in the north and northeast, Luzay in the northeast, Saint-Varent and Sainte-Gemme in the east, Geay in the south and southwest and Bressuire in the southwest.
