Boismé is about eight kilometers southeast of Bressuire . Boismé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bressuire in the north and northwest, Chiché in the east, Clessé in the southeast, La Chapelle-Saint-Laurent in the south and southwest and Chanteloup in the west.
