Combrand is a French municipality with 1161 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (previously Poitou-Charentes ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Bressuire and the Canton of Cerizay .

geography

Combrand is about 15 kilometers west-northwest of Bressuire . The Ouin rises on the western edge of the municipality . Combrand is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mauléon in the north and northwest, Le Pin in the east, Cerizay in the south and southeast, Montravers in the southwest and La Petite-Boissière in the west.
