Louzy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Brion-près-Thouet in the north, Saint-Cyr-la-Lande in the northeast, Saint-Léger-de-Montbrun in the east and southeast, Thouars in the south and southwest, Sainte-Verge in the west and Saint- Martin-de-Sanzay in the northwest.
