Permisküla is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality of Alutaguse (until 2017 Illuka ). It is located in Ida-Viru County ( East Wierland ) in northeast Estonia .

The village has 16 inhabitants (as of 2011). It is located directly on the Estonian-Russian border .
