Peter Kremer (born February 18, 1958 in Brilon ) is a German actor .

Life

The son of an engineer and an actress received his acting training at the Folkwang School in Essen. He has played many important roles such as Prince Hamlet on the most famous German-speaking theaters (including Frankfurt, Zurich, Berlin and Munich) . In 1980/81 he went to the participation model at the Schauspiel Frankfurt . There he played u. a. directed by Fritz Schediwy the prince in Lessing's Emilia Galotti .

Since the 1980s, Kremer has also been active as an actor for film and television. In 1986 he had a bigger role in Zanzibar or the last reason . This was followed by occupations in crime series such as Tatort , Derrick and Der Alte .

In 1998 he was discovered by producer Helmut Ringelmann as the leading actor in the crime series Siska . In the episode Abyss , which was broadcast on October 8, 2004, Chief Inspector Peter Siska was killed by a gunshot wound. Peter Kremer dropped out of the series after 56 episodes.

In 2007 he played Winnetou's enemy, Santer, at the Karl May Games in Bad Segeberg . In 2014 he received the Finstral Audience Award from the South Tyrolean Cultural Institute for his performance in The First Name .

Private

Until 2009, Kremer had been married to Ulrike Jetter for a total of 15 years. A daughter and a son come from this relationship.
