Pomnik historii
As Pomnik historii ( German historical monument ) in Poland monument and building complexes are designated, which are of outstanding importance for the cultural heritage of the country. They are determined by decree of the President of the Republic of Poland . The first Pomnik historii were awarded by Lech Wałęsa in September 1994 .
As of May 13, 2020, 107 historical monuments have been identified.
