Porsche Super N 309
The Porsche Super N 309 is a tractor from Porsche-Diesel Motorenbau GmbH , which was based in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance and produced the tractor model from 1961 to 1963. The Super N 309 was the successor to the Porsche Super N 308 . In terms of technology, however, the Porsche Super N 308 had the same technology. There were a total of seven versions within this series, some of which differed in terms of different rear tires.
The engine of the Porsche Super N 309 was a type F 319 a and F 309 b. In order to achieve an improved engine performance compared to the previous models, the cylinder bore was enlarged. As a result, maximum speeds of up to 27.9 km / h were achieved. The engine was also equipped with pressure circulation lubrication with the gear pump, the hanging valves and the Porsche Optima combustion process. In addition, the oil bath air filter in connection with the pre-separator, the gear-driven camshaft and the hand and foot-adjustable centrifugal governor are part of the technical equipment of the tractor on the Porsche Super N 309 tractor. The Porsche Super N 309 also had a five-speed gear change transmission from ZF or Getrag. The differential gear is presented in the form of a spiral-toothed bevel gear ratio. Optionally, a hydraulic power lift can be installed, which also had a power lift . The stroke cylinder has a piston travel and a piston diameter of 85 millimeters.
The 2910 mm long and 1595 mm wide Porsche tractor has a transmission and ground speed PTO with the DIN 9611 Form A. The transmission PTO has between 540 and 1757 revolutions per minute . It is also a clutch-independent front engine PTO. The mechanical inner shoe brakes of the Porsche Super N 309, which act on the rear wheels, can also be used as steering brakes. The driver's platform of the Porsche tractor can be reached via a front step. In addition to a parallelogram suspension seat, there is also a fender seat. On request, a Fritzmeier convertible top M-201 could be installed in conjunction with a folding front window and a windshield wiper.
