A document from 1484 shows that Rowen was owned by Pavel Rexin . Then Rowen together with Rumbske (now Polish: Rumsko) became a Stojentine fief. In the 18th century, both goods passed to the Podewils , and in 1731 Rowen came into the possession of the von Bieberstein family .

In 1823 the goods belonged to Otto von Krockow , who had the manor house built in Rumbske. Other owners were: Wilhelm von Krockow , Otto Christoph von der Wickerau († 1928) , who was raised to the rank of count, and his sons Klaus Wilhelm († 1939), Hans Kaspar († 1941) and Christian von der Wickerau , Count of Krockow . The Rowen manor was last 753 hectares and had 254 hectares of arable land.
