The Rahmbruch is a nature reserve in the city of Zerbst / Anhalt in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district in Saxony-Anhalt .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG 0038 is 44.58  hectares . It is part of the FFH area "Upper Nuthe-runs" and the conservation area surrounded "West Fläming". The area has been under protection since May 1, 1961 (date of regulation: March 30, 1961). The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Anhalt-Bitterfeld.

The nature reserve is located northeast of Dobritz , a district of Zerbst / Anhalt, in the Fläming Nature Park . It places a near-natural part of a forest area on the edge of the Nuthe lowland under protection.

The nature reserve is characterized by an alder forest. In the herb layer grow u. a. Bitter foam herb , marsh hair strand , long-stemmed sedge, and marsh grass . In the less humid edge zones, the quarry forest changes into a bird cherry-alder-ash forest. Here u. a. Brook avens and marsh marigold . At higher-lying locations, an oak-hornbeam forest grows in the training with scaly root on nutrient-rich soils and in the training with chickweed on nutrient-poor soils. The herb layer is here u. a. Formed by yellow anemone , two-leaved shadow flower , hairy grove , common stalk grass and Savoy hawkweed .

In the north-west is the framed pond with floating leaves and water springs on the edge of the nature reserve.

The nature reserve is the habitat of a distinctive world of small birds. Besides are Crane and Honey Buzzard home here.
