Regina Maria Iris Beckhaus (born December 31, 1992 in Würzburg , Germany ) is a German-American voice actress and actress .

Career

Regina Beckhaus was born in Würzburg as the daughter of a German educator and a Puerto Rican US soldier stationed in Germany . She grew up in a small town near Kitzingen , Germany on and completed their GCSE at the elementary school Volkach.

Due to her father's origins, Regina Beckhaus grew up bilingually ( German , English ).

Until she was 16, she danced professionally a. a. in Schweinfurt , Würzburg and Munich . At the age of 12 she also began taking professional singing lessons . This was followed by smaller vocal appearances. Because of her love for theater and dance , she decided at the age of 16 for professional training as an actress in Munich. She completed this training in 2013 in Vienna with a degree as a state-recognized actress. Various roles in acting followed.

During her acting training, Regina Beckhaus worked as a spokesperson for image films . In early 2014 she met a dubbing director who recognized her talent for speaking and used her as a speaker. Since then, Regina Beckhaus has been working as a German voice actress and native speaker for American productions. She also lends her voice to commercials, German cinema trailers and video games.
