location

The commune is the largest in the Stura valley in terms of territory . Together with three other municipalities, Rossiglione forms the mountain community of Valli Stura e Orba . With the common land, the municipality is located in the Beigua Nature Park . The distance to the Ligurian capital Genoa is about 41 kilometers, that to the Piedmontese provincial capital Alessandria is about 45 kilometers.
