The Schwansmoor and the Kranichmoor are a nature reserve in the Schleswig-Holstein communities of Süderlügum and Westre in the district of North Friesland .

The almost 84  hectare nature reserve is registered under number 72 in the directory of nature reserves of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas. It was expelled in 1968 (date of regulation: August 1, 1968). The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of North Friesland. The nature reserve is looked after by the Schleswig-Holstein State Forests.

The nature reserve consists of the two sub-areas "Schwansmoor" and "Kranichmoor", which are located in an inland dune landscape. The Schwansmoor is located in the municipalities of Süderlügum and Westre northwest of Westre and east of Süderlügum. It is just under 80 hectares. The Kranichmoor is located in the municipality of Süderlügum west of Westre. It is just under 4 hectares. Both sub-areas lie within the 809 hectare FFH area "Süderlügumer Binnendünen".

The protected area is characterized by largely open raised bog areas. You are u. a. Habitat of the Moor Frog and the Great Moss Maiden . It drains over ditches to the Wiedau tributary Süderau (Sønderå). Both areas, which are managed by the Schleswig-Holstein State Forests , are completely surrounded by forest.
