Seán Ó Ceallaigh
Seán Tomás Ó Ceallaigh (English Seán T. O'Kelly ; born August 25, 1882 in Dublin ; † November 23, 1966 there ) was the second President of Ireland from 1945 to 1959 .
Seán Ó Ceallaigh was a member of the Dáil Éireann , the lower house of the Irish Parliament , from 1923 until his election as President . He was Minister of the Interior from 1932 to 1939 and Minister of Finance from 1939 to 1945. Ó Ceallaigh was Tánaiste , Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister , from 1937 until his presidency .
