The Spielothek-Cup 2019 was the 30th edition of the handball competition and was held on August 10th and 11th, 2019 in the East Westphalian cities of Lübbecke and Minden in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The TV Großwallstadt prevailed in the final with 25:24 (16:10) gates against the HSC 2000 Coburg through and won his ninth title overall. GWD Minden secured third place with 41:40 (33:33; 17:17) after throwing seven meters against SC DHfK Leipzig . Mindens Christoffer Rambo was the top scorer with 15 goals.

It was played with four teams in the knockout system with two semi-finals, the game for third place and the final. The playing time was 2 × 30 minutes. In the event of a tie after the end of normal playing time, there should be an extension of 2 × 5 minutes. In the event of a tie after the extension has expired, a seven-meter throw. In the game for third place between GWD Minden and SC DHfK Leipzig, both teams agreed not to play extra time and to determine the winner directly by throwing seven meters.
