The Spielothek-Cup 2003 was the 18th edition of the handball competition and was held on August 8th and 9th, 2003 in the East Westphalian cities of Minden and Lübbecke in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The HSG Nordhorn prevailed in the final with 38:30 (15:11) gates against TuS N-Lübbecke through and won his first title. Third place was secured by TSV GWD Minden with 28:26 (14:14) against the Stralsund HV . Mindens Lars Rasmussen was the top scorer with 16 goals. A few days before the start of the tournament, the Croatian team from RK Zagreb canceled their participation due to a players' strike. The Stralsund HV stepped in as a replacement at short notice.

mode

It was played with four teams in the knockout system with two semi-finals, the game for third place and the final. The playing time was 2 × 30 minutes.
