The Spielothek-Cup 1999 was the 14th staging of the handball competition and was staged on 13th and 14th August 1999 in the East Westphalian cities of Porta Westfalica and Lübbecke in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The TBV Lemgo prevailed in the final with 24:21 (10: 9) gates against TSV GWD Minden through and won his fourth title. SG Flensburg-Handewitt secured third place with 26:24 (13: 9) against TuS Nettelstedt . The top scorer was Flensburg's Lars Christiansen with 15 goals.

mode

It was played with four teams in the knockout system with two semi-finals, the game for third place and the final. The playing time was 2 × 30 minutes. In the event of a tie after the end of normal playing time, there was an extension of 2 × 5 minutes. In the event of a tie after the extension has expired, there would have been a seven-meter throw.
