The Spielothek-Cup 1991 was the sixth edition of the handball competition and was held on August 16 and 17, 1991 in the East Westphalian cities of Porta Westfalica and Lübbecke in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The VfL Fredenbeck prevailed in the final with 26:25 (15:14) gates against TSV GWD Minden through and won his first title. Third place went to TuS Nettelstedt with 18:11 (9: 6) against SC Leipzig . Mindens Rüdiger Borchardt was the top scorer with 16 goals.

mode

It was played with four teams in the knockout system with two semi-finals, the game for third place and the final. The playing time was 2 × 30 minutes. In the event of a tie after the end of normal playing time, there would have been an extension of 2 × 5 minutes. In the event of a tie after the extension has expired, a seven-meter throw.
