1999 World Women's Squash Championship

The 15th Women Squash World Cup ( English 1999 Women's World Open Squash Championship ) was held from 16 to 24 October 1999 in Seattle in the United States instead. The prize money was $ 80,000.

The defending champion was Sarah Fitz-Gerald . In the final, Cassie Campion , who was in the final in 1994 and 1996 , met Michelle Martin . This was Martin's seventh participation in the final with a record of three wins and three losses. Campion clearly prevailed in three sets with 9: 6, 9: 7 and 9: 7 and thus became world champion for the first time.
