"The Spaghetti Incident?" (English for: "The Spaghetti Incident?"; the quotation marks are part of the title) is the fifth studio album by the US hard rock band Guns N 'Roses , which was released in 1993. With around 5 million units sold worldwide, it lagged significantly behind the success of the previous double album Use Your Illusion .

This album is a tribute to the rock and punk idols that shaped the band members in their youth and early days. There are only cover versions on the album, mostly by punk bands. The hidden title Look at Your Game Girl originally came from the pen of cult leader Charles Manson . Axl Rose wore a shirt with his portrait on the Guns-N'-Roses world tour in 1991/92 .
