Top Rank is one of the most relevant American boxing promotion companies . It was founded in 1973 in Las Vegas , Nevada , by Jabir Herbert Muhammad and Bob Arum .

The company sponsored such legendary fights as Hagler vs. Leonard , Chavez vs. De La Hoya , Holyfield vs. Foreman , Foreman vs Moorer , Leonard vs Hearns, Hagler vs Hearns, Ali vs Frazier II and Ali vs Spinks .
