Wallersbach is a district of Roth in the district of Roth in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies in the middle of the forest on Wallersbach , which is a left tributary of the Roth . To the west and east of the town are the "Wallersbachteiche". The forest area north of the village is called "Hirtenbrünnle", the forest area south of the village is called "Zwölftagwerkholz". A service road leads to Eckersmühlen on the district road RH 7 (1.5 km north).

history

The place was established by the Saueracker-Roth foundation administration in 1780 and initially belonged to the political and ecclesiastical community of Wallesau .

Towards the end of the 18th century Wallersbach belonged to Eckersmühlen . The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Roth . The property was used as a restaurant and the caste office Roth was the landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, Wallersbach was given house numbers 53 and 54 of Eckersmühlen.

As part of the community edict, Wallersbach was assigned to the Eckersmühlen tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Eckersmühlen , which was founded in 1811 .

On May 1, 1978 Wallersbach was incorporated into Roth in the course of the municipal reform.

religion

The residents of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination initially belonged to the parish of Wallesau. Towards the end of the 18th century they were re-parished in the Dreifaltigkeitskirche (Eckersmühlen) .
