According to the land register for the Burggravial Office of Roth, which was set up around 1380, the office was entitled to 4 Huben , 2 fiefdoms and 1 Gereut. Towards the end of the 18th century there were 11 properties in Untersteinbach (3 whole courtyards, 6 half courtyards, 1 estate with cone tavern, 1 estate) and a community shepherd's house.
