Vilschanka

Wilschanka ( Ukrainian Вільшанка ; Russian Ольшанка Olschanka ) is an urban-type settlement in Ukraine with 4841 inhabitants (2012).

Vilschanka is located on the left bank of the Synjucha , a tributary of the Southern Bug and is the administrative center of the Vilschanka Rajon in the southwest of the central Ukrainian Oblast Kirovohrad . The settlement, founded in 1860, has been an urban-type settlement since 1967. Territorial road T-12-08 runs through the village .
