Vlasiwka ( Ukrainian Власівка ; Russian Власовка Vlasowka ) is an urban-type settlement in the northeast of the Ukrainian Kirovohrad Oblast with an area of ​​22.715 km² and about 7,700 inhabitants (2014).

The settlement, first mentioned in writing in 1645, has had the status of an urban-type settlement since 1960. It belonged to the Kremenchuk Raion until April 1, 1963 and was then assigned to the Switlovodsk Raion.

Wlassiwka located in Rajon Svitlovodsk on the left bank of the kremenchuk reservoir dammed Dnepr , 12 km north from Rajonzentrum Svitlovodsk , 13 km north-west of Kremenchuk and 119 km northeast of the Oblastzentrum Kropywnyzkyj . In the west of the village, the territorial road T – 17–03 runs along the lake shore.
