The 1923/24 season was the second staging of the Austrian ice hockey championship organized by the ÖEHV . The Vienna Ice Skating Club became Austrian champions for the second time in a row .

Attendees

Twelve teams, divided into two groups, took part in the game. For the first time, special goalkeeper sticks were used, the playing time was extended to three times 20 minutes and shirt numbers were introduced for the players. The two group winners played in a final for the championship.
