The 1930/31 season was the 9th edition of the Austrian ice hockey championship organized by the ÖEHV . The Austrian Championship was won by the Vienna Ice Skating Club .

Due to a pending valuation of the game WAC - CEV of group B, neither group winners nor relegated teams could be determined for this group. Therefore, the winner of Group A, the Vienna Ice Skating Club , played a game for the Austrian championship against both possible group wins . Since the WEV won both games, it reached the championship as in the previous year.
