The Austrian women's soccer championship was held for the 19th time in 1990/91 after the 35-year break between 1938 and 1972. The top division is the women's Bundesliga and was held for the 9th time by the Austrian Football Association . The second highest division , this season the 12th edition, was the women's league east, which was organized for the 9th time by the Vienna Football Association .

Union Kleinmünchen became Austrian football champions for the second time . The champion of the second highest division was in the women's league east of DFC Heidenreichstein .

Season course

The league consisted of ten teams compared to the previous year, in which twelve clubs took part, whereby the ESV Stadlau / Kaisermühlen was eliminated during the competition and thus in the end only nine teams played for the championship title. Furthermore, the DFC Heidenreichstein and the LUV Graz were not there this year.

    Season course

    As in the previous year, the league consisted of six clubs. Instead of SC-ESV Parndorf , FC Großrußbach and the B-Elf from SV Wienerfeld , DFC Heidenreichstein , DFC Obersdorf and the B-team from DFC Ostbahn XI played this year . This season, DFC Heidenreichstein won the championship, which means that they are entitled to play in the top division next season.

    The league consisted of seven clubs that played against each other in 2 rounds, a round trip and a second round. The champions of the Upper Austrian women's league were determined in 12 rounds.

    Season course

    The league was composed of seven clubs compared to the previous year, in which eight clubs took part, because the Ansfelden Union was not there. The championship this season was the 2nd women's team of Union Kleinmünchen , which, however, is not entitled to play in the top division next season. Union Engelhartszell and SK Eintracht Wels dissolved their women's team at the end of the season.
