The 1st Congressional Constituency of Iowa is a congressional electoral district in the northeastern part of the US state Iowa . He has been represented by the Democratic MP Abby Finkenauer since 2019 .

The Iowa General Assembly passed a new constituency on June 22, 2001, which first came into effect in the 2002 election to the 108th United States Congress and replaced the 1992-2001 constituency.
