Geographical location
Calberlah lies on the plateau of the Papenteich between the Hehlenriede and the Mühlenriede . The municipality is part of the Isenbüttel municipality , which has its administrative seat in Isenbüttel .

- Calberlah is west of the A 39 motorway , which runs from Braunschweig to Wolfsburg .
- Calberlah has a stop on the Lehrte – Berlin railway line . The station is served hourly by Regional Express trains running between Wolfsburg and Hanover in both directions. Long-distance trains on the Hanover – Berlin high-speed line pass through the station at speeds of up to 200 km / h without stopping. Two kilometers west of the breakpoint passes under the track in the 970-meter-long Elbe Lateral Canal tunnel the Elbe Lateral Canal .
