Clemens Fandrich (born January 10, 1991 in Berlin ) is a German soccer player . The midfielder is under contract with FC Erzgebirge Aue .

Career

Born in Berlin, he began his career as a youth player in 1995 with SV Werben . Only one year later he moved to the youth department at Energie Cottbus , where he worked through all the youth classes in the years that followed.

FC Energie Cottbus

In 2009 the striker received a professional contract, which he extended in December 2009 to 2013, until then he was mainly used in the second team. He made his second division debut on matchday 7 of the 2009/10 season against FSV Frankfurt , when coach Claus-Dieter Wollitz came on in the 90th minute. His first second division came on the following day against Alemannia Aachen - he came on in the 77th minute for Ovidiu Burcă and scored three minutes later to make it 1-1. In total, he came to ten missions in the season. He also reached the semi-finals of the DFB Junior Cup 2009/10 with the U-19 of FC Energie Cottbus . There the team failed 3-1 at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim . In the following 2010/11 season Fandrich was used seven times. In 2011/12 he was not used. In the first half of the 2012/13 season he played ten more times for the Lausitzer.

RB Leipzig

At the beginning of 2013, Fandrich moved from Cottbus to regional division RB Leipzig . He signed a contract until summer 2016. In the remainder of the regional league season 2012/13 , Fandrich played 14 games for Leipzig, scoring two goals and moving up to the third division with the team . In the third division season Fandrich came on 20 missions. He scored his first and only third division goal on matchday 33 in a 2-1 home win against Chemnitzer FC . At the end of the season he was able to celebrate promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga with the team . In the first half of the 2014/15 second division season , Fandrich made eight appearances.

FC Erzgebirge Aue

For the second half of the 2014/15 season , Fandrich moved to league rivals FC Erzgebirge Aue on loan . In twelve missions in which he scored two goals, he could not prevent relegation to the third division.

FC Luzern

For the 2015/16 season , Fandrich moved to the Swiss Super League for FC Luzern . He was given a two-year contract until June 30, 2017.

FC Erzgebirge Aue

On June 10, 2016, club president Helge Leonhardt announced the conclusion of a 4-year contract with Fandrich.
