Colucci is the 15th solo album by the Berlin rapper Fler . It was released on March 29, 2019 via his own label Masculin as a standard edition and a limited deluxe box and is distributed by Universal Music .

The entire album was produced by Flers' music producer Simes Branxons. The producer Juh-Dee was only involved in the song Stories .
Cover design
The album cover (like the title) was changed several times in advance. The final cover shows Fler wearing a brightly colored Carlo Colucci sweater that he pulled up over his nose. He is standing in front of a tiled wall that is painted with graffiti. In the middle of the picture is the white lettering Colucci in Gothic script .
Guest Posts
In addition to Fler, other artists appear on nine songs on the album. The rapper Mosenu , whom Fler signed to his Masculin label in 2018 , can be heard on six songs ( Iced Out , Drip , Cloud 7 , Sex Money Murder , Freibad , Goosebumps ). The Berlin rapper Bass Sultan Hengzt is also involved in Cloud 7 , while the singer Adel Tawil has a guest appearance on Track Stories . The piece Passiv High is a collaboration with the rapper Sido and the rapper Farid Bang is represented on Disrespectful Boys .

Colucci entered the German charts at number 1 on April 5, 2019 and stayed in the top 100 for seven weeks. It is already the fourth number one album by Fler. In Austria, the album was in second place and in Switzerland in third place . Colucci reached number 86 in the German annual album charts in 2019 , while it was second in the annual vinyl charts .
On September 7, 2018, the song This Boy was released as the first single for download . The second release, No One Like Me, followed on October 26th and reached number 38 in the German charts. On November 23, 2018, the third single, Goose Bumps , was released, which was 70th in the German charts. The song Sex Money Murder was released on February 1, 2019 and reached position 75, before the fifth single Drip was released on March 22, 2019 . On April 4, 2019, a music video for the song Legacy was also released . After the album was released, the song Disrespectful Boys also entered the charts at number 65 due to downloads and streaming .

Moritz Fehrle from laut.de rated Colucci with three out of a possible five points. The productions by Simes Branxons in particular were “among the best that I have come across in this country in recent years.” In contrast, the Adlibs by Mosenu , who made several songs “considerably less enjoyable ”, would be particularly annoying . In addition, the misogyny of the texts is criticized. The reviewer concludes: “In terms of sound technology, the German rapeseed scene has to be measured against Colucci . In the attempt, however, she can show more humor and significantly less misogyny. And Mosenu can stay at home too. "
Daniel Fersch from MZEE wrote about the album: “ Flizzy still doesn't let anyone put her in - neither in questions of personality nor in art.” The rapper shows his self-critical side on Colucci and “peppered his lyrics with references to earlier titles . "
