Andorran Football Cup
The Andorran Football Cup ( Catalan Copa Constitució ) is the national cup competition for club teams in Andorra . The competition was held for the first time in 1991. Since joining FIFA and UEFA in 1996, it has been an official club competition that is internationally recognized. The cup winner is eligible to participate in the pre-qualification for the UEFA Europa League .
The record winner is FC Santa Coloma with ten titles ahead of CE Principat (six). Furthermore, UE Sant Julià was able to record five wins, UE Santa Coloma three and Constel·lació Esportiva and FC Lusitanos each one cup success.
Competition mode
The Copa Constitució is played in five rounds. In the first round, the eight best second division teams compete against each other. These in turn have to compete against the lower half of the eight teams Primera Divisió . The first four of the previous year's table only have to intervene in the third round. The winner will then be determined in the semi-finals and finals.
