Fabbrico is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 6641 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Reggio Emilia in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 23.5 kilometers northeast of Reggio nell'Emilia and borders directly on the province of Modena .

The agricultural machinery manufacturer ARGO is based in Fabricco . Landini and McCormick tractors are built there.

traffic

Together with the municipalities of Rolo and Novi di Modena, there is a train station on the Verona - Mantua - Modena railway line . To the east of the municipality, the A22 autostrada runs north from Modena towards Brenner .
