Ventasso is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) in the province of Reggio Emilia in the region Emilia-Romagna . It was formed on January 1, 2016 from the municipalities of Busana , Collagna , Ligonchio and Ramiseto . It has 4082 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

The municipality in Busana is located about 42 kilometers south-southwest of Reggio nell'Emilia in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park . The Secchia rises in the municipality .
