Fortune (dt. Assets ) is the fifth studio album of the US musician Chris Brown .

On the album cover, Chris Brown can be seen in blue clothes in front of a blue wall. Various signs can be seen on the wall. Even the album title Fortune is depicted in a string: . He calls this sequence of characters “his language.” Each letter is encoded here in the form of a character.

Fortune was released on June 29, 2012 shortly after the release of the single Don't Wake Me Up in May 2012. It was released by the record label RCA Records . The album was released in a normal and a deluxe edition on CD and as a download . The Deluxe Edition was released on July 2, 2012.
Contributors
The songs come from different songwriters and producers . One of the main producers was the Italian DJ and producer Benny Benassi . Chris Brown himself worked as a composer on every song. In addition to several guest musicians such as Kevin McCall and Big Sean, he is the singer of the songs. The instruments were played by Greg Curtis (keyboard) and Alex Delicata (electric guitar). Dewaine Whitmore, Jr., Amber Streeter, Adonis Shropshire, and Georgia Reign were all backing vocalists.
