history

The first mention of Freundricht is that in the description of the property of the Benedictine monastery Kastl , which was established around 1325; at that time the monastery had a hatch at Freitelnrivt . Since 1390, the Schottenkloster St. Jakob zu Regensburg had another Koster property in Fridelrewt , namely two farms that were managed by a Maier. In 1472 Freudenricht is mentioned in connection with Haug von Parsberg's tithe sale to three Velburgers. In 1562 Georg Hektor Wiesbeck, who had taken over the rule of Velburg the previous year , acquired a farm in Freudenricht. Around 1600 the office of Velburg under the Wies basin had 2 farms and some smaller goods there. At the end of the Old Kingdom , around 1800, Freudenricht consisted of 6 properties under the Velburg office, namely 3 entire courtyards of the subjects Märckhl, Ettenhardter and Lauthenschlager, 2 quarter courtyards of the subjects Schön and 1 "Häusl"; the community shepherd's house was added.

In the new Kingdom of Bavaria (1806), tax districts were initially formed from several locations. The control district Ronsolden in district court Parsberg belonged to the village of Ronsolden the two hamlets joy directional and Pathal on. With the second community edict of 1818, it became a rural community with the involvement of the village of Raisch . The community still experienced additions and departures until it was incorporated into the city of Velburg on January 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria . Since then, Freundericht has been an officially recognized district of Velburg.

Since the 19th century at the latest , the children went to school in the parish of Klapfenberg , which last also belonged to the Ronsolden community. The teacher there was around 1835 both organist and sacristan.

In 1750 the St. Leonhard branch church was enlarged and rebuilt and given a name the following year. 100 years later, two bells from 1837 still hung in the bell ridge with onion dome.
