Footballer of the Year in Lithuania

The title Footballer of the Year has been awarded in Lithuania by the Lithuanian Football Association since 1965 . Until 1990, the election ran parallel to the election of Footballer of the Year in the USSR . The award is given to the best Lithuanian player, the club is irrelevant.

The current winner is Mindaugas Kalonas , who plays for the Azerbaijani club Rəvan Baku FK . The record winner is Edgaras Jankauskas , who won the trophy five times.
